We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pets to be completely happy with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our simple returns process works:

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Electronics (unless defective)
  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Used pet bedding or hygiene products

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping is your responsibility)
  5. Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange free return and replacement
