Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Electronics (unless defective)
  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Used pet bedding or hygiene products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide details including your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item back to our warehouse (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
  5. Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Return Shipping Information

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product

If the exchange item costs more than your original purchase, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement
